JOB DESCRIPTION:
To plan, direct, and control the total resources and overall activities of Oxford University Press Pakistan so as to fulfill the aims and objectives of the Oxford University which are the spread of education and learning and the achievement of excellence in research, scholarship, and education.

  • Development of authorship and readership.
  • Development of publishing.
  • Formulation of strategy and preparation of plans/budgets.
  • Ensuring effectiveness of marketing of local and imported lists.
  • Maintenance of publishing and production schedules.
  • Establishment and development of appropriate management and staff structures.
  • Maintenance of proper financial controls and development of efficient business systems.
  • Innovation and technological change.
  • Public image and reputation of Oxford University Press.
